I thought I was doing really well this week. I walked into Weight Watchers with all the conifdence in the world. I stepped on the scale, and saw the look on the person's face who was weighing. ".2 pds you lost this week".
"How could that be, I tracked everything I ate this week... OH! I went to Sweet Tomatoes for lunch today."
My leader Pam came over and asked what went wrong and I told her what I did today. She said for me to stick to the plan I set for myself. She told me to stay away from places like Sweet Tomatoes because right now it will only bring me back to where I was, and won't do anything to help move me forward. She told me that if I do well in the next month or so, only then would it be ok to treat myself to Sweet Tomatoes. But, right now is too soon to be going to places like that.
And she's right. I completely agree with her. So, this week I am going to concentrate on eating 5 servings of veggies/fruits a day. I think that would really cut down on the hunger factor when I'm at work and what not.
